Led rationalization of an enterprise reporting platform as PM, covering scoping, charter, financials, requirements, and implementation planning, to justify cutting $150,000+ in annual and one-time costs by migrating to an existing Oracle tool. Evaluated ChatAEP Foundry against Microsoft Copilot over 24 prompts, built 5 Copilot agents plus a RAG knowledge agent, and wrote the AI Solutions Development Roadmap now in use. Automated executive one-page project reporting in Power BI from ServiceNow, and led internal knowledge sharing on AI productivity.

Built an AI/ML-assisted quoting system from historical kit packs (100+ kits, 1,000+ files) into a structured feature store. Multi-signal similarity ranker for nearest historical kits. Python/HTML ranking UI with multi-feature scores and LLM reasoning for pricing decisions.
